Jemima is a 2 year old female Aylesbury Duck.
Jemima came in to the rescue with quite a bad case of a condition caused wet feather ( https://poultrykeeper.com/external-problems/wet-feather/ ) On further investigation we found she was infested with lice and mites. Jemima was started on a course of treatment and as you can see by her photo’s is now looking really good.
Jemima is super friendly and is not bothered by dogs and is happy living in with chickens.
Now that Jemimas wet feather has been resolved she just loves to swim, splash and blow bubbles in the water, so a home with access to water is essential. Jemima is a good layer and has produced an egg every day.
